A child aged 8 to 12 may travel alone on our buses. They can make a one-way trip safely, provided that a responsible person is present to meet them upon arrival. If the responsible person is late, a fixed penalty of $150 will be charged.
Procedure and Conditions
Fill out the form below before purchasing the ticket. This form is mandatory and must be completed in full.
Arrive at least 20 minutes before departure to allow for information verification.
Accompany the child to the boarding area and make sure they board the correct bus. We recommend confirming with the driver that the child is on their passenger list.
The child cannot travel at night or take a bus with conditional departure.
Upon arrival, the responsible person must sign the child’s custody on the driver’s tablet. This person must board the bus to pick up the child.
